Paul Padgett

Looking back on the journey of my life in photograpghy and creating fine art started when I was six years old.  On my sixth birthday my Mother changed my life forever giving me my first Kodak camera "I still have it today!" That was so instrumental on so many different levels I can now see forty eight years later how that clearly shaped and defined my life to what it is now.

To do what I love everyday of my life is a blessing from above! My passion behind the camera is as much today as it was as a kid exploring all the possibilities the world has to offer.

I have always loved capturing lifes moments on camera. To be able to look back at the pictures I have taken over the years takes me on a journey of so many people and places it's like having my own time machine.

I have been so fortunate to have explored other areas of my soul becoming an accomplished musician and to owning a multi-million dollar Dreams To Realities Studios. My studio gave me the chance to produce, record and engineer, with legends like the Gap Band, Wayman Tisdale, Cameo, Kool & the Gang, Gladys Knight. Our studio and Ad Agency wrote and produced commercials for GMC, Chevrolet, Pontiac, all the Marriot’s, and Holiday Inn Hotels, along with HBO, and Spike T.V.

When I started with National Geographic 6years ago it opened my eyes to the devastaion and the beauty of the world.

I have been able to draw awarness to endagered species of animals that are on the brink of extenction through my photograpghy and work I have done with Line Jumper Talent and National Geographic.

My photograpghy evolved into architecture and real estate pictures that have become an extreme passion of mine. I guess that would be the general contractor side of me. I also have been a builder all of my adult life. I have always looked at what man can build as an art within itself. So when I look at something that was built it is with a dire appreciation of the blood, sweat, and tears that have gone into it by the men and woman that labored on those projects.

There are so many more years in front of me to continue to capture people, places, and things that get me giddy with excitement like a kid waiting for Christmas day.

I look forward to the chance to work with you and all the other wonderful human beings that cross my path to see a glimpse of the journey your on and the opportunity to capture it for years to come!
